**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Technologist to join our team at Denholm Associates on a contract basis for the next 14 months. As a key member of our packaging team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and sustainability in our packaging solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet our sustainability goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize packaging materials and processes
  • Lead packaging development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging technology and sustainability
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on packaging-related matters

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in packaging development, with a focus on sustainability and innovation
  • Deep knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and regulations
  • Proven track record in NPD, packaging optimization, and renovation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for sustainable solutions and reducing environmental impact
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset
  • A packaging qualification (preferred)
