About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and secure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a trade or trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating, and hold a basic electrical qualification. Previous experience in housebuilding or construction would be advantageous. Excellent people skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for carrying out snagging issues to a high standard of workmanship, working independently and as part of a wider team. A Company Van is provided, and occasional overnight stays may be required due to travel requirements.

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is able to demonstrate a courteous and professional manner, able to communicate with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy. You must have a valid UK Driving Licence and be able to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, with occasional visits to our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire.
