Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient Final Inspection and Test Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. This role will support the Quality and Operations department, assisting in final inspection tasks to guarantee that all products meet customer specifications and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate inspection processes on the shop floor.
- Collect, compile, and verify information to ensure precise data entry into business documents and systems.
- Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders to adapt to customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with both internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships.
- Identify and manage priority issues while demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure.
- Conduct tests, including external and internal hydrostatic tests.
- Assemble test components as required.
- Complete all documentation related to client and in-house testing.
- Prepare parts for Post Weld Heat Treatment.
- Perform hardness testing and stamping.
- Contribute to a culture of achieving 'Right 1st Time' outcomes.
