Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Mathematician to join our team. As a Game Mathematician, you will play a crucial role in developing mathematical models and algorithms that drive the gameplay experience of our slot games.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mathematical models and algorithms that ensure our games are engaging, exciting, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with our game development team to integrate mathematical models into our games, ensuring seamless gameplay and a high-quality player experience.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor games to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain mathematical documentation and specifications for our games, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
- Work closely with our certification and release managers to ensure that our games meet regulatory requirements and are released on time.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear understanding of mathematical and technical matters.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mathematical models and algorithms.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market and what drives player engagement, including mathematical and mechanical aspects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in a technical subject, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
- Interest and experience in mathematics, statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
