Head of Scenic Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Scenic to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our events production company, you will be responsible for leading and developing our scenic department, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the scenic team, including line management and training
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the scenic department
- Liaise with project managers to collate set lists and pass on to the workshop team
- Manage the preparation process of equipment and ensure high standards of health and safety
- Provide input on construction design and material specification for custom scenic elements
- Research new materials, products, and equipment and advise on investment
