We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our nurturing nursery community in Plymouth.

As a Nursery Nurse, you will provide nurturing care and support for children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

You will facilitate engaging activities and experiences that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Observe and document children's progress and achievements, communicating with parents and colleagues as needed.

Build positive relationships with parents and families, sharing information and collaborating on children's learning and development.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive nursery environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all children and families.

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 (CACHE) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
  • Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with young children, with a nurturing and patient approach
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • 2 recent professional references
