Job Opportunity for Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at a leading care home in the Diss, Ipswich area. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support. You will be responsible for conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers, and taking an active professional role in promoting the services offered.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners. You will also have a genuine desire to care for others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, with the annual salary being £26,208 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week on nights. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including mileage paid at 25p per mile, a pension scheme, comprehensive induction and paid training programme, and enhanced rates for bank holidays.
