  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Uphold company values of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Assist in sales of products through visual merchandising and offering advice to customers on maximizing sales.

Requirements:

  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to drive sales growth.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate product displays and promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A smart and professional appearance to represent the company.
  • A full clean driving license (van will be provided).

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £25,000 per annum.
  • A company van, iPad, pension, cost-price handsets, accessories, and SIMs.
  • Time off over Christmas and additional annual leave after 2 years of service.
  • Training days and an annual party.
