About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive sales growth for our online job advertising services. As a Senior Advertising Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new client leads and follow up on existing leads to secure new business sales
  • Provide quotes and recruitment proposals to clients, negotiate packages and terms of business, and deliver presentations to other businesses
  • Identify ongoing new revenue opportunities and develop innovative ideas to support sales growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain a high standard of professionalism
  • Work closely with the team to offer support and advice, and participate in weekly team collaboration sessions
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of sales success
  • Senior level sales experience in new business sales and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong new business development skills, with a tenacious approach to identifying new leads and closing sales
  • Ability to work within a close-knit team and collaborate with individuals
