Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Lavoro Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with daily tasks, educational activities, and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's growth and development
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
