Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using company computer systems.
  • Organize materials, equipment, and all resources required for each project.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data entry functions into the IFS system.
  • Accurately maintain stock levels and ensure the product is allocated to the current projects.
  • Understand all store material issues, receiving, and shipping procedures to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
  • Assist with inventory analysis to determine the appropriate stocking levels to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience using ERP/IFS or other Stock Management Systems.
  • Previous experience in planning logistics.
  • A recognized Forklift qualification.
  • Excellent commercial awareness.
