Logistics Coordinator - Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with a diverse range of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including shipping companies, transporters, and storage facilities.
  • Creating and managing internal documentation.
  • Generating invoices for services rendered.
  • Reviewing and addressing supplier invoices as necessary.

Logistics Coordinator - Qualifications

  • A proven track record of at least one year in a similar role within a small to medium-sized freight forwarding company.
  • Familiarity with FCL (Full Container Load) operations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a personable demeanor.
