We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering team and contributing to the success of our pump engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects of various sizes, from routine servicing to complex works, including ordering materials and planning works.
  • Service management, including data entry, tracking works, and re-scheduling, as well as overseeing service documents completed by engineers.
  • Plan works, agree dates, and access sites, while brainstorming solutions to customer problems.
  • React and source parts for emergency works.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Technical Sales, Trade Counter Sales, Field Engineer, or a related field with a mechanical background.
  • Prior experience in ordering materials for varying sizes of projects.
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of CRM systems.
