About the Role:
Evolve Selection is collaborating with a prestigious health and wellness organization and Primary Care provider within the NHS.


We are seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist to become a vital member of their clinical team at a medical facility located in a welcoming coastal community.

In this role, you will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for medications, repeat prescriptions, and the optimization of pharmaceutical care for registered patients.


This is a part-time, permanent opportunity requiring 30 hours of work per week, with a preference for on-site presence, although hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

The operational hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible 30-minute adjustment if necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must be a GPhC registered Pharmacist.
  • Completion of the CPPE GP Practice Pathway and Independent Prescribing qualification is preferred, but candidates with either qualification will also be considered.
  • Experience in Primary Care is essential.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required due to limited public transport options.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote services and support to registered patients and primary care facilities, including the prescribing and management of high-risk medications.
  • Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to evaluate and address the needs of callers, taking into account social, cultural, and economic factors.
  • Ensure precise prescribing and effective communication of pharmaceutical advice while identifying and managing clinical risks.
  • Accurately document information and advice in electronic systems and utilize specialized databases to provide precise guidance.
