Levitate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Insolvency Specialist to join our team of experts in accountancy and insolvency recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing complex cases and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage case delivery, incorporating pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
  • Understand key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the manager.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings.
  • Manage asset valuation and realisation.
  • Provide recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Attend clients' sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS setup.

As a Corporate Insolvency Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Insolvency Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency. Previous experience working on Administrations and Liquidations is essential, and the ACA/ACCA or CPI qualification would be an advantage.
