About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solicitor to enhance our dynamic residential property team at Quro. This role entails overseeing a varied and extensive portfolio of residential and, on occasion, commercial property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing equity transfers
  • Coordinating remortgage processes
  • Administering stamp duty requirements
  • Conducting thorough title investigations
  • Preparing comprehensive search reports and addressing inquiries
  • Overseeing landlord-tenant relations, including lease renewals
  • Drafting deeds of surrender and managing refinancing tasks
  • Handling business acquisitions and sales
  • Negotiating utility agreements
  • Actively participating in business development initiatives
  • Managing cases from initiation through to completion

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. A proven track record in managing an independent caseload with minimal oversight is crucial. Candidates should have experience in both residential and commercial property law, along with a solid grasp of the relevant processes.

We value proactivity, effective task prioritization, and exceptional client interaction skills. While a professional appearance and technical proficiency are preferred, they are not mandatory. Support from administrative staff will be provided.
