Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Outpatients department on a bank team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a range of support services to our Nurses and Consultants during procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services to Nurses and Consultants during procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality care.
  • Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work as part of a team to assess patients' health and well-being, providing comprehensive care and support.
  • Actively promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements, driving clinical excellence in our department.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered, with a valid pin and no restrictions or conditions.
  • Compassionate and able to demonstrate excellent patient care, with strong communication skills.
  • Able to lead clinics and provide wound dressings, with phlebotomy skills (training can be provided).
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
