About the Role

We have a range of fantastic food venues across our resorts, each offering unique dining experiences that delight our guests. As a Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, manage kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts to meet the needs of our guests
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and presentation
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives

About You

We are looking for individuals with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing kitchen operations, developing menu concepts, and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team
