Plumbing Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Plumbing Lecturer to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited. As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to students of all levels and abilities.

• Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, in both workshop and classroom environments.
• Motivate and support students to achieve their potential, using an enthusiastic and engaging approach.
• Equip students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training.

• Previous experience in a relevant teaching/training role is essential.
• At least a Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy standard is required.
• Able to deliver to students of all levels and abilities, and to use flexible and innovative methods of delivery as required.
• Willing to undertake any training connected with the post and update own CPD.
• Good sickness/attendance record in current/previous employment, college or school as appropriate.
