A leading Fire and Security company is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Field Operations Manager in the South West of England Region.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Director and be responsible for key clients and full budgetary P&L control across the Region.

The company is a prominent player in the industry, recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for taking operational contract management responsibility for a key contract.

This role requires an individual with excellent customer and client relationship management skills, as well as strong people management skills.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in the fire systems industry in a supervisory or management role
  • Previous experience working in a customer-based environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
