Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Surveyor to join our expanding team. As a Senior Quality Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement, and payment of sub-contractors from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead by example, building a strong team ethic and working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies, ensuring maximum value for the company.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in remediation works of legacy building projects, preferably with a developer or main contractor background.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive cost savings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications and memberships, aligned to Senior Quantity Surveyor level within the industry.
