About the Role
We are seeking an experienced care worker or someone who is eager to start a career in care to join our team at Dolywern care home. As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team that makes a positive impact every day on the lives of people with a disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
