Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and estate agency.
- A competitive salary of up to £16,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2.
- A comprehensive commission structure, including 5% personal sales commission and 2.5% personal commission for booking the PMA.
- A 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and estate agency.
