About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team at Ada Meher, a leading MedTech company. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a highly available and scalable Kubernetes cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a highly available and scalable Kubernetes cluster.
  • Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and services on the cluster.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the cluster and its applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure applications are designed for scalability and high availability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar DevOps or Platform position.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, especially in production environments.
  • Experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Google BeyondCorp).
  • Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC concepts and operating policies.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, ELK, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
