About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Film Producer to join our Creative Team at The Production Factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple film productions, working closely with our Global Director of Production, and collaborating with clients and agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and managing a team of photographers, directors, and other creatives to deliver on creative briefs
  • Developing and executing production budgets, schedules, and critical paths to ensure smooth production and post-production
  • Negotiating and agreeing competitive rates and contracts with suppliers for the benefit of clients and The Production Factory
  • Producing large and small-scale shoots globally, working closely with service production and the PF production team
  • Ensuring a high level of service is given to clients at all times
  • Attending shoots in the UK and abroad as required
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a TV Commercial Producer role, either in-house or freelance
  • Ability to work across TV Commercial projects, branded content, and social campaigns
  • Experience running stills shoots and art buying photographers
  • Ability to supervise a production manager and coordinator, either full-time staff or freelancers
  • Excellent track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms with great client feedback
  • Extensive knowledge of budget management and scheduling
  • Self-motivated, positive, can-do outlook
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
