Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the growth targets of GTEC Training.
  • Design and oversee a detailed content calendar that supports organizational objectives, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to produce high-caliber thought leadership pieces, case studies, and various content formats.
  • Serve as the main liaison for public relations and digital marketing agencies, ensuring adherence to established strategies.
  • Guarantee brand uniformity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Executive, providing direction and ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive integration of marketing strategies across the organization.

Health and Safety Duties

  • Demonstrate safe working practices to set a positive example for others.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, company policies, and all relevant regulations.
  • Identify and report unsafe practices to management as per health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in marketing.

Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
