Energy Trader

At DV Trading, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Trader to join our team. As a Jr. Trader, you will work closely with senior energy traders to learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support our established trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior traders to develop and implement trading strategies
- Learn and apply proprietary risk management methodologies
- Build and maintain trading models to optimize performance
- Enhance existing trades and identify new opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong understanding of math, probability, and statistics
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL, with experience in programming languages a plus
