Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact in secondary schools? As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education during teacher absences by supervising classes and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) to ensure they have equal access to education.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is highly desirable.
  • Experience in secondary schools and working with EAL students is beneficial.
  • A driving license is advantageous but not essential.
