About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a leading International Legal 500 firm in their Restructuring and Insolvency team. The firm is seeking an experienced Partner to work alongside its existing team to undertake a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
  • Provide specialist legal advice to a range of clients on matters involving formal insolvency arrangements, high profile CVA's, bankruptcies, company insolvencies, transactions, and retention of title claims
  • Work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Manage a varied caseload and work to deadlines
Requirements
  • Restructuring and Insolvency Associate with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
