Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Supervisor will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales support and customer service.

Collaboration with the Director on P&L budgets and the development of sales strategies will be essential to ensure that performance targets are achieved.

This role will require the monitoring and analysis of branch performance metrics, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.


Team Leadership:

The Branch Supervisor will manage a small team of two, comprising a sales processor and warehouse personnel. As the team expands, the Supervisor will play a crucial role in recruitment and strategic planning.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the distribution or wholesaler sector, particularly with building products such as plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, or electrical goods.

This position is suitable for a Branch Supervisor with several years of experience managing a busy wholesale operation, but we are also open to considering Assistant Branch Managers looking to advance their careers.


Compensation and Benefits:
