About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Croydon. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new cars from the Renault and Dacia ranges, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new cars from the Renault and Dacia ranges to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive sales experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new car models, features, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK driving license (automatic or manual)
  • Valid driving license for company car insurance and test drives

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £25,500 per annum
  • Uncapped commission, with an OTE of £51,000 per annum
  • Demonstrator car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month's service
  • 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and other fringe benefits
