We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in employment law to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice.

About the Role

The employment team provides clients across various sectors with advice on employment law and other HR-related matters. This includes contracts of employment, service agreements, employee handbooks, internal policies and procedures, discipline and grievance, redundancy, restructuring, sickness absence, family-friendly rights, equality and diversity, settlement agreements, trade union and collective issues, and transfer or undertakings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on employment law and other HR-related matters.
  • Draft and advise on contracts of employment and HR policies and procedures.
  • Advising on employment status and types of working arrangements.
  • Assist with the firm's business development strategies.
  • Build client relationships.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
