As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Cleaning and maintaining all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
\u2022 Cleaning floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork as required
\u2022 Cleaning kitchen and catering areas, toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas
\u2022 Collecting and disposing of waste in an environmentally responsible manner
\u2022 Maintaining waste bins and ensuring they are always clean and tidy
\u2022 Creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment
\u2022 Maintaining records as requested
\u2022 Refilling and replacing consumables as needed
\u2022 Reporting faulty equipment and other maintenance requirements to the appropriate person
\u2022 Maintaining the security of premises by securing entrances and exits as required and reporting potential security breaches
\u2022 Ensuring lights and other equipment are switched off when not in use
\u2022 Promoting and ensuring the health and safety of staff and visitors at all times
\u2022 Monitoring and managing stock and supplies, cataloguing as required
\u2022 Maintaining specialist equipment, checking for quality and safety, and reporting any damages or needs
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
\u2022 Demonstrating and assisting others in the safe and effective use of specialist equipment and materials

Requirements:

\u2022 Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, but not essential
