We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Home Group Limited. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and directing our multi-trade Electricians and sub-contractors to deliver a customer-focused, compliant service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead our trades team to deliver a right-first-time, whole-job repairs and maintenance approach that is compliant and of high-quality.
- Project Management: Ensure all works (including installations, repairing, and servicing) are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPIs, and service standards.
- Health and Safety: Manage health and safety, ensuring we comply with regulatory, health, and safety standards.
- Team Management: Successfully manage internal teams and sub-contractors in delivering on our customer promise.
- Qualifications: An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in construction or strong equivalent operational experience.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor holding IET wiring regulations, 18th Edition, and inspection and testing 2391 or equivalent.
- Skills: Time served in electrical installation, SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification, and experience managing the health and safety of a direct workforce and contractors.
- Additional Requirements: A full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
- Competitive Salary: £41,800 per annum.
- Benefits: Generous on-call allowance of up to £211 per week, Health Cash Plan, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
