As a Cyber Security Risk Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive cyber assurance services across various sectors including Enterprise IT, Information Management, and Technical Services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of cyber assurance services to the organization.
- Identifying potential risks and determining appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Developing and analyzing secure solutions encompassing technical, physical, procedural, and personnel controls.
- Assessing compliance with both internal and external standards and regulations.
- Managing the creation of documentation to demonstrate compliance to stakeholders.
- Leading assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of controls in managing cyber security risks.
- Providing security architecture and technical insights for the development of secure solutions.
- Supervising a team of cyber security assurance specialists.
- Driving strategy and continuous improvement initiatives within the assurance function.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for assurance activities across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge of industry-standard security policies, guidelines, and their application to various IT solutions.
- Broad understanding of application, infrastructure, and security technologies, with in-depth knowledge of secure implementation.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating discussions.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload across multiple projects.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a team of experts.
Desirable:
- Experience in project environments and familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies.
