About the Role:

As a Registered General Nurse working with us, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, ensuring work fits around your lifestyle. You will be placed in a range of healthcare environments, from clinical hospitals to nursing homes and residential facilities where your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a variety of settings.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patients' health, recording vital signs and updating care records.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, care assistants, and support workers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (hospital, care home, supported living).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and able to deliver patient-centred care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
