Fire Safety Engineer

As a Fire and Safety Engineer at ENGIE Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain fire safety systems and protocols to prevent and mitigate the risk of fires and explosions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct feasibility studies, design studies, and modification studies of fire, explosion, and internal flooding protection installations.
- Participate in audits and diagnostics of fire, explosion, and internal flooding protection installations.
- Perform internal fire, explosion, and flooding calculation and simulation studies.
- Conduct risk analysis and determine suitable recommendations to meet project and client objectives.
- Present and share analyses with clients.
- Ensure budget, planning, and studies scope are compliant with project and client requirements.
- Participate in equipment and services procurement.
- Write technical specifications.
- Perform contract closure activities.
- Drive to become a technical expert in fire safety.
- Recent graduate with a relevant master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Fire Safety, or Nuclear Engineering).
- Familiarity with fire safety and/or fluid mechanics modeling.
- Proficient with calculation and simulation software (Magic, Sylvia, FDS/Pyrosim, Flashcat, or equivalent).
- Excellent English language skills (French language skills a plus).
- Good computer and data processing skills.
