About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Oxfam GB. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Significant leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to build, retain, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong drive to achieve results through others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time under conflicting priorities
  • Commercial awareness and judgement
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising
