- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
- Contribute to the development of a stimulating and enabling environment that promotes children's exploration and discovery.
- Support the implementation of our child protection and safeguarding policies, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide a comprehensive and inclusive approach to childcare.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, using a range of verbal and written skills.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably with children aged 0-5 years.
- Knowledge of the Curriculum of Excellence/Pre Birth to Three and Building the Ambition frameworks.
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles and legislation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
