Job Title: Senior Android Application Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Application Developer to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and assess available technologies.
  • Recommend solutions and develop, maintain, and enhance business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Design and develop software using UML and design patterns.
  • Implement Agile methodology and ensure continuous integration and deployment.
  • Work with relational database design and development.
  • Develop reusable, single and multi-threaded, scalable, high-performance software.
  • Implement service-based systems and understand SOA.
  • Develop technical specifications for application code and communicate with Development and Program Managers.
  • Mentor, motivate, and influence others to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in software development, including analysis and development.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in C# development, including File I/O, Winforms, and Win Services.
  • Experience with core Microsoft.Net technologies, including WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ, and EF.
  • Experience in writing installation packages in InstallShield.
  • Experience designing and developing software.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience with relational database design and development.
  • Extensive experience with the SQL-Server database system.
  • Understanding of SOA and implementation of service-based systems.
  • Knowledge of software implementation best practices.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with Development and Program Managers.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and influence others.
