Salary: £26,750 - £30,000 + Benefits

As a key member of the Hotel Management team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful daily operation of all departments, including Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and team performance.

Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will drive commercial best practices, maximize revenue opportunities, and manage controllable costs to deliver strong business performance. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that brand standards are consistently maintained and utilize guest feedback to increase performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with company standards. You will be a role model who is passionate about exceeding guest needs and expectations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to coaching and developing your team.

Ideally, you will have previous or current management experience from hospitality, leisure, or retail backgrounds, driven by guest service and business results. Experience within food and beverage or food services is desirable, along with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety.
