About the Role:

  • Plumbing: You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance to the highest standards.

  • Electrical: You will be competent in electrical work, including wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Waterproofing: You will be responsible for waterproofing structures to prevent water ingress and ensure long-lasting protection against moisture.
  • Site Management: You will be responsible for addressing water ingress issues promptly and ensuring sites are left in a safe and secure manner.

Requirements:

  • Driving License: You will need a valid driving license to travel between sites.
  • CSCS Card: You will need to hold a valid CSCS card.
  • DBS Check: You will need to have a clear DBS check.
