Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our groundworks projects in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of multiple groundworks packages, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quantity surveying team and manage all financial aspects of projects
  • Maximize profitability while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement cost estimation and budget control strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the groundworks or civil engineering sectors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices
What We Offer:
