Building Safety Case Manager

Job Title: Building Safety Case Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Case Manager to ensure the safety of our residential buildings and support compliance with fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Council's compliance with fire and health & safety regulations, including Building Safer Futures.
- Prepare and commission Building Safety Cases, Fire Risk Assessments, and EWS1 certificates.
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Uphold guidelines set out by the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Fire Safety Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Be a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Fire Engineers or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in preparing Building Safety Cases and Fire Risk Assessments.
- Have working knowledge of building regulations and fire safety legislation.
- Be able to manage complex projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
