As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing the Operational Risk and Controls strategy for our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting up a foundational governance structure that ensures operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed in compliance with enterprise Operational Risk Management programs and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on execution plans for operational risk management within the business unit, including BU-specific guidelines and project plans.
  • Support the development of the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision-making in the BU.
  • Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework across BUs through regular communication.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, working with Enterprise functions.
  • Ensure and monitor the integration of regulatory changes and updates into the Operational Risk framework and training materials.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within the Risk and/or Internal Audit function.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; MBA, MSc, or certifications are advantageous.
