Key Responsibilities

As a Parcel Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region. This will involve:

  • Operating a company vehicle to transport parcels to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Managing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in delivery operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
