We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the management of clinical duties, ensuring safe and effective care is provided 24/7
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and streamline services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Support the development of junior staff and student nurses, promoting a culture of learning and practice development
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust standards
