Job Function
In this role, you will oversee and develop our busy Service department. Your responsibilities will include nurturing staff and supporting customers. This department presents significant growth opportunities, and the ideal candidate will be a naturally proactive individual.
- Engage with customers, prioritizing their needs and managing expectations.
- Aim to meet KPIs and targets.
- Handle all aspects of standard personnel management, including performance, attendance, and conduct management.
- Analyze relevant management information for your department and proactively suggest improvements.
- Plan and delegate tasks for technicians based on their expertise and skills.
- Ensure adherence to service processes, policies, and safety guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor the workshop team.
- Participate in recruiting, developing, and retaining key talent.
- Ensure all documentation is completed efficiently.
