BMR Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Somerset division of a leading global equipment manufacturer. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly within complex production environments, and will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

As a Manufacturing Project Engineer, you will oversee all activities related to Project Manufacturing Engineers (PMEs), ensuring the delivery of effective manufacturing solutions for various products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the activities of all PMEs
  • Updating and enhancing the PME tracker to ensure resource allocation is focused and efficient
  • Requesting and managing necessary resources for all projects
  • Implementing and maintaining metrics to ensure timely project completion within budget and guidelines
  • Coordinating all project progress meetings
  • Collaborating with the Manufacturing Systems Manager
  • A detailed role description will be provided upon request

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a complex manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a Project Lead or Team Lead
