We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the Plastic Surgery Department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the medical team, including preparing patient records and correspondence
  • Managing appointments and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and staff
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies
